DWI FIRST TIME OFFENDER EDUCATION

The Texas Drug Offender Education Program is for first time DWI offenders 12 hours for the completion of this course 4 hours over 3 consecutive days.



 
 
The fee is due at the time of registration! This fee is
non-refundable and there is a $45 rescheduling fee. Please make sure you can do the class at the time of registration!
 

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2021, WITH THE PASSAGE OF SENATE BILL 1480 & 181, DWI-E, DOEP, AND DWI-I CLASSES CAN BE CONDUCTED EITHER IN-PERSON OR ONLINE WITH INSTRUCTOR-LED FACILITATION.

   The Texas Drug offender Education Program for first time offenders. 15 hour course of 3 hours each day over five consecutive days.

  Our state-issued Certificates of Completion are ACCEPTED by courts, probation, parole, and DPS entities. Teachers and Program is TDLR Approved

Make It Count 2.0 DWI Education must meet TDLR minimum and maximum class enrollment numbers. Make It Count2.0 DWI Education reserves the right to cancel classes if minimum enrollment numbers are not reached.

In those circumstances, registrants will be given an opportunity to select a different course date, time or location to move their registration to for upcoming DWI-E, DOEP, DWI-I courses without incurring additional charges. Please note, refunds are not granted to registrants for classes cancelled due to low enrollment numbers. Course fees are non-transferable.
